NICE.

i gained a lb over this last week and for the first time, i kind of don't care. i think i've finally come to realize with this plan, that you will lose it eventually, if you just stick with it. i've never made a goal and reached it. i will reach this one.

oh, i think my chicken is burning...
you are funny!

I am overloaded and so sleepy due to post on other thread. Tomorrow I plan to head to premium outlets malls as I feel white trash and see how much damage can be done. Also trying to find a landscaper to do more damage but no bites so far. El is on a mission to spend...cha ching. AND AND AND going to get this thing done called titan...as in it tightens skin...I think I need it around my neck and maybe laser on my armpits...got it on my legs and face last year and it was awesome.

i have heard this from probably 98% of the members on here coaches are nice to have to hold you accountable but i think most questions are answered better here.

...waves hello to everyone....

sorry I haven't been around much lately. something crazy has happened in my life...

When I moved to phase 3 & 4 I was feeling really really crappy. My stomach hurt all the time and I was exhausted and I attributed it to reintroducing carbs in to my life & processing animal proteins again...I talked to my coach and she did a bunch of research and she couldn't find anyone who was having the same problems as me so she gave me some enzymes to see if that would help...but before I started taking them my husband came back in to town and I told him how I was feeling. That evening he went to the grocery store to pick up some milk & when he came home he threw a pregnancy test at me and told me to take it...I was skeptical because as many of you know we adopted our little guy Hudson after trying to get pregnant for 6 years...

long story short, three pregnancy tests later I finally believe it...I'm pregnant!

We're not very far along, only 7.5 weeks...but ya we're really excited and hoping for the best and every spare moment I have is spent napping because I'm exhausted all the time lol.

So as a warning to everyone who doesn't want to get pregnant... IP helps people get pregnant when they couldn't even after trying for 6 years and went on every fertility drug out there.... so watch out!

PS - to all my peeps on facebook please don't mention it publicly on facebook as we haven't told many of our "real life" friends because my parents are out of town and I don't want everyone we know to know before they do.

What wonderful news Jordanna.
I'm envious of the big losers this week. I was very on program and only lost 2 pounds ! then I think about the total loss in 6 weeks and have to . I've lost inches too, though most seemed to be in the first week. I'm having some skin changes, the occasional hot flash, my hands are cold when they've always been warm and on and on. Thankfully I've heard others stories, so know to just chill and pounds will continue to come off.
I do wonder, if it time to start some exercise - walking or such - or what to do to be sure this slow down isn't lasting and it doesn't lead to a stall. Suggestions are welcome.
Again - Congratulations to Jordanna. to all of us for working towards better health.

How exciting. I've been married for 19 years. First 6 years we did infertility treatment but no success. Maybe the weight loss will help. We are okay where we are in life but if it happened what a blessing it would be. Happy for you!

my latest fabulous adventure: polishing the stainless steel dishwasher and fridge. Now onwards to putting slug poison everywhere...outside everywhere that is.

YAYS to Jordana!!! same happened to someone at work, though the adopted baby was only 2 months when they got pregnant.
