Thanks Jello. I will be needing it. I went for my first personal training session and thought I would die. He is only having me do 4 things but it's the most intense work out I have had in a long time. Heck of a deal huh?? They also have me on a diet to but the thing is, is that I don't have very many veggies. VERY INTERESTING.....HUMMMMMMM!!

Well I better get things done around here before dbf come homes

My goal will be to be at 140 by my wedding. I am at about 187 right now. Can I do it?? Is that a realistic goal or not. I want to look good in my dress bt most of all I want to feel good about myself.

Semo, I'm not sure I understand my numbers in your post. I started the month with a goal of 600. I'd done 360 and had 240 left to go. ?????

OK then, now I'm going to make it even more confusing. I did 40 minutes on the treadmill last night!! Whew! Then I got up this morning for my little 10 minute wake up stroll. Feelin' good.

So my numbers....

Starting goal: 600
Done so far: 410
Minutes to go: 190

I'm feeling much better now!

Jello-she does the totals of what we have done each WEEK-so those numbers show
minutes you had left at the start of week/minutes exerised this week/minutes left for month...basically to show how we did each week...
We have one week left ladies...let's get busy!!!!

Add 25 minutes to my total! I decided that if I want to have time to exercise, I have to MAKE time to exercise.

And it worked!!

Go figure.
