Just a quick check in, as work is still wild and will be until it rains. Yesterday, April 2nd 40 min Sculpt, this morning 50 min cardio.

1010 - 90 = 920

KitKat, tomorrow will be my day 60 another 30 and I'm finished (or at least with this go around)

Everybody have a good day!

I will not be embarrassed ...
I will not be embarrassed ...

OK so far I've done 25 big minutes of my 600 for the month.

I make it a habit (or try to) to get on the treadmill as soon as I get out of bed, even if it's only for 10 minutes, just to get the metabolism moving. I did it on April 1 (10 min.) and on April 2 (15 min.) but this morning.....

Er.... Uh.... No excuses. I guess I'll just have to go home from work today and get on the thing "for real", eh?

Yes, I will!

Jello.. there is NO reason to be embarrassed! The whole point of this is to set our OWN goals; we are all different and some are able to do more than others... but what matters is just keep moving!!

Reporting in for me... 30 minutes of walking

1300 original goal
4/1 == 1300-105=1195
4/3 == 1195-30 = 1165

Good morning to all!

Stats are:

Original goal: 1300

4/3
1090 - 120 = 970 & boy am I feeling those 2 hrs from yesterday.
4/4
970 - 45 = 925

Jello--Please don't feel embarrassed we all had to start some where. Believe me, as much as I workout now, I haven't always done this and have even taken years off.

To all, have a great day!

Good Morning Ladies, looks as if we are all off to a great start! Jello, glad to see you back to your old self.

I added a 15 stretch tape to my sculpt this morning, felt that I needed some extra stretching, this 'ol bod gets tied up in knots sometimes. 40 min sculpt and 15 stretching.

920 - 55 = 865

Default Hello

Hello, I saw this thread, and thought it was great, so here I am!

I am going to pledge 750 minutes of excercise this month. Since tomorrow will be the 5th day of the month, that leaves me with 25 days. Which means 30 minutes of excercising each day until the end of the month. I may be able to get more in there during the days too.

This is reasonable for my lifestyle right now.

Since I am new to this site, do I post every week my total? I'm not quite sure how it works

Thanks,
~Kari~

Welcome Kari. Most of us post our exercise every day or so in the form of <remaining min. from last post> - <new exercise minutes> = <remaining min. to monthly goal>.
Semo has been doing weekly totals for us. Thank you Semo.

Thurs, Apr 3 - 45 min. WATP; 60 min. Pilates
Fri, Apr 4 - 15 min. warmup treadmill; 30 min. lower body weights; 30 min. elliptical

1000 - 180 = 820

Good Morning Ladies, and welcome Karilyn! Today is my day off, but I did that stretch tape so I'm counting it towards my total. I felt it was exercise, looked like a twisted rubberband, well sort of!

865 - 15 = 850
