2 pound loss! woo!

I really amped up my gym time...i use to do JUST the treadmill but the other day i was eyeing the universal weight machine thingy and said "meh...why not"

O M G

it my kicked my ***! but it felt sooo nice lol

and the i said "why not try the bike too!"

W O W Z A!

I though I was going to die! but afterwords it felt so good!

I was walking back to my apartment and my legs where so weak i felt like a newborn giraffe... on guy checking his mail asked "ummm...are you OK" and i told him I was fine that I just came back from the gym "ahh yeah, i know how that feels" LOL! then he offered to help walk me back to my place hahaha! oh course i had to politely decline

Anywho...Im off to a job interview today!

Its a group interview (which i STRONGLY prefer over single interviews) for a part time server position at a really nice upscale Senior community. Its right across the street so thats really really nice for me...and it will give me more of a chance to loose some pounds (kudos to waitresses/servers, you work your BUTS off!) and ill be working around (hopefully) icky "old people" food so that will lessen my appetite woot! lol

Ohh! and i start school on monday..busy busy busy!

so this morning was 191.0 so I'm wondering if i can use that for my weigh in ...really hoping to be in the 180 by next week ( so close)!! 21 lbs till Halloween goal!

ok... o am having crapcarb craqvings really bad........plz make them disapear....i think my tom is aproching or something cause i am loosing the battle 2 days now were all i can do is think about past and cheescake!!! gave into the pasta but no sweets. ne advice??

For cheesecake cravings I get cheesecake yogurt and put in some flax seed!! So good and healthy, tastes like the flax seed is the crumbs from the crust.

Whenever I want carbs I have a healthy baked potato with 1 or 2 tbls olive oil mayo at 45 c per tbls, and some Dijon mustard, a pickle and onions yum-o!

I'm mssing a lot of Sept9 weigh INS, fine if your late just dont forget
