So I haven't worked out this week and my weight is still the same.. Boo lol I think I'm using the fact that it is my TOM week as an excuse. So def need to STEP it up!!

I'm a little late on the Halloween bandwagon, but here I am!
My right at Halloween and last year I turned 30 and made this commitment that I wasn't going to live the next decade of my life the way I lived the last decade (fat and sad) so, I took on the challenge of losing weight.
My goal, by Halloween is to be down 50lbs. I have only four more lbs to go, which doesn't seem like much to lose over the next month, but I spent a long time on a plateau in the 170's and I'm going to do everything I can to avoid that and get to that milestone. Then I can push onward to the next goal!
Seems like all the Halloween chickies had a great week! Woohoo! Weighed in this morning at 206lb! I love the week after TOM! Was consistently low the last few days, so I don't think it's a fluke. I'm never very hungry the week after, so it's easy to eat right. I ran 10 miles so far (one more 5mi planned for). And once I saw the scale dropping (after weeks around 211), I was super motivated not to screw it up! Just a hop, skip and a jump to 199. Which will put my BMI into "overweight" and not "obese"!
