
Hi everyone, thought i would pop on and see how you are all doing. Seems to be quite quiet here at the moment! I was doing really well with IE but then had a bit of a chocolate time recently and re-gained 3 pounds and felt pretty rough. Im trying to balance out the healthy and unhealthy foods a little more and trying to remember the concept of gentle nutrition again. so lots of

Cant believe its snowing some places, its beautifully warm here in England and theres all sorts going on with St George's Day and the build up to the Royal Wedding.
Im stuck in work until 7pm today but got some lovely food lined up. Got some chopped up pink lady apple, and blueberries, grapes and strawberries to snack on, and a berry smoothie, then for lunch/tea ive packed some pasta with pesto, bacon and cheese and a little veg pot of cherry tomatoes, baby corn on the cob, sugar snap peas and spinach.
