Semo and everyone else. This challenge has helped me so much. More than I can say. Lets keep this going after the November one is done. Lets do a December and so on and so forth, what do you say?
Girls, I am pretty sure that I saw a glimmer of a muscle in my arm when I was drying my hair this morning. I had to do a double take but I'm sure that's what that thing was. It's only been a few months but I'm seeing results with weight lifting. WooHoo.
Finally got my arse back in gear after being a bit depressed for 2 weeks...walked this afternoon and felt good...it was so hot today and tonight it is freezing...damn screwy Jersey weather.
830-45=775 to go
I love you all but am a little envious that I'm not so motivated but I have to get motivated cause my back is killing me..everytime I stop lifting and walking my back kills me...can't stop for more than a week or I'm in very deep poops!!
DNW: Come on now don't be down. You know that exercise is the best thing in the world for the blues. I'm just a guilty, I know that I feel so much better when I exercise but it easy to let everything else get in the way. Right now my house is a mess and laundry needs to be done but if you want to visit me with a clean house then call before you come, cause I've been exercising!
Day 11 ~ Fri, Nov. 15th
600 - 50 = 550
I did The Firm Tough Tape 2, now I know where the name came from. Ouch, it was TOUGH.
I used Saturday as my day off so for today, November 17th ~ Day 12
550 - 50 = 500
Since 50 minutes are easier to subtract (see how this motivational thing is working) I've been adding five minutes on, you know it's only five minutes but it adds up.
After everyone post tomorrow I'll put up our totals. It's okay if you haven't been doing all your minutes. The thing that we have to remember, is that we are doing more than we would have been doing if not for the challenge. We all have things going on in our busy life but hang with us and we'll feel so much better even if it's only once a week.
Feet don't fail me now! Come on ladies we want to see this to the end of the month. If you have slacked off, then dust those tennies off and get to work! You know I love ya!
DWN: cute pic! I did clean the house for hours this past weekend, but didn't count it, even though I sweat a bunch. I think you could count it if you want. Your still burning calories after all?
After re-reading my post, thought I might need to clarify my remark about house cleaning. I wouldn't know about it being exercise 'cause I try not to do house work.
