Semo, WARING, SITES CAN BE ADDICITIVE! lol I need more tapes like I need a whole in my head, but I have already preordered Cathe's 6new tapes. I just bought the firms new 6pack that was released this past summer. Karen Voight has a tape out called burn and firm that i've got my eye on. Also, the firm is coming out w/ a new informericial around Jan, and they will have 3new tapes out. Fitprime (Anna Benson the creator of the firm has her own company now called Fitprime.com ) has a 4pack coming out. Boy, where do I find the time. But I would trade my tape collecting hobby for anything in the world. lol I introduced my mom to Lesile Sansone and she loves her tapes. Collage carries a wide variety of Leslie tapes, so get your credit card ready!
Good Morning and welcome Er130. Erin you are doing fantistic on the weight loss. Send some of your motivation my way.
Didn't get away from work in time to get my tape done before hubby got home so I finished my minutes on the orbritreck.
For Friday, November 8th ~ Day 4
875 = 45 = 830 Minutes
I'm getting But right now my arms feel like noodles, just did 25 minutes of weight lifting (mainly upper body). Gosh I don't know how these people do weight training for hours at a time. I would have to be carried out on a gurney.
This dirty house is in great need of my attention today. Tomorrow is my day off.........Yea!
Just thought I would throw out these figures and let everyone know that we have 20 days left to complete our challenge. First number is minutes challenged/minutes completed/balance.
Hey KitKat, do you have any suggestions on a video that would be good for weight lifting. I looked at the web site that you mentioned but really don't know which to start with because I'm not familar with her videos. I'm not really looking for cardio and I don't really want to invest, nor do I want to store a bar bell with weights. I have dumb bells (I think that sounds sooooooo funny) in 2, 5, 8, and 10 pounds and looking for upper body mostly. Appreciate any help in this area.
I'm watching the clock too, never fails tho when I'm ready to jet I'll get a last minute something or other to do.
I think you should start off w/ The Firm. go to www.collagevideo.com and do a search for The Firm or you can go to QVC and purchase the firm videos from there. They have a sculpting body kit to start you off w/. Or if that's a little steep you can purchase their new 6pack videos which is what i'm using to get back into the swing of things or you can go to their website www.firmdirect.com and look through their video collection. You also can pick up their videos like walmart, target, FYI, suncoast video, but the best place to get them is from QVC and Collagevideo.
Let me know if you need more help picking out tapes, I could take about The Firm and Cathe all day.
I've been using the firm videos for the past 10yrs now. Since i'm more advanced now I've moved on to Cathe, but I always come back to the firm. I try to incorporate both when I can. A lot of us start off w/ the firm then move on as we get more advanced but the firms can be incorporated for all levels.
Thanks Kathy, I've got several of the older firm tapes so I'll go home and dig around in that cabinet. I think the reason that I got discouraged with the firm tapes, was that I am so uncoordinated when it comes to following grapevines and box, those types of moves are dificult to follow when you are a total klutz and have no rhythm. Gotta go they are turning out the lights.
