We want you to keep posting your time everyday, you have not let anyone down, you know things happen and we do the best we can. Finish out this month (believe me if you stop posting until the next one starts you will quit exercising...been there and done that) and get ready for December knowing that you stuck with it thru November.

395 - 60 = 335 30 min wt lifting & 30 on the Orbitreck
Woke up at 2am this morning and at three was still wake so I put in my MBC Yoga tape (heehee hubby didn't complain that I had the tv!) and did 60 minutes.
Friday, Nov 22nd ~ day 17
335 - 60 = 275
I'll be out of pocket tomorrow, my only living Aunt passed away yesterday so I'll be in Mississippi for her funeral. Try to post on Sunday, take care.
