There's a group of us that count calories on the "Doing it the Old-Fashioned Way" thread. There are a bunch of places online that will give you the calories and nutritional values for food online. A good one is
www.fitday.com where you can also log in weight and exercise. I'm pretty sure drkoop.com has one, and another poster on our thread sent a link to one she uses as well. You can always buy one of those pocket calorie counters at any bookstore to track them the non-technological way. Most fast food and chain restaurants have nutritional info on their websites, so it's become much easier to be more accurate about what goes into our mouths!
