Easy...sweets. Especially of the chocolate variety. But anything that has decadent attached to it's name will do the trick.

daynaz, you said it right! Mexican food, chips and salsa, fresh warm homemade tortillas, and cheesy enchiladas!

ANYTHING sugary, or deep-fried, or cheesy, or creamy, or crunchy-salty/crunchy-sweet, or starchy. Like, everything I love to eat...sigh...
I'm in BIG trouble...

I know someone already said this, but food is my weakness. Although, Chinese food, sushi, and Ben and Jerry's top the list.

I have a few weaknesses. Pizza and Velveeta (go figure) are my two biggest. Another one is lays potato chips. Whoever invented "bet ya can't eat just one" targeted that saying right at me. I dont indulge too often but at least the low fat Lays dont make me feel as guilty. The pizza and velveeta, well that is hardly ever, but its soooo good, so i never regret eating it i just try to splurge only every now and then.

Donuts, pastries, peanut or peanut butter M&Ms, Mexican (good thing we don't have any good restaurants here...)- generally just too much of anything!

Just one? Red wine.

But that one leads to the Dark Side of McDonald's french fries, pizza, mozzarella sticks, buffalo chicken tenders with bleu cheese dip, Reuben sandwiches, bacon...

Basically, salt and fat. Sugar, not so much I guess there is at least ONE thing I can abstain from!

Wine for me too! My husband would have had wine with breakfast if I'd let him and I quickly acquired the habit!

Bagels. and. Cream. Cheese.

People can bring donuts, pastries, fudge, pie, cake, candy bars, caviar, to the office, ...anything they want, and it does not bother me at all.

But if somebody brings in a bag of warm crusty bagels and a container of cream cheese, I'm useless. I don't care if I gain 10 lbs. in 5 minutes, I have to have one. Which I did. Yesterday. (No, I didn't gain 10 lbs., but I ate a bagel.) A big one. And I loved every precious second of it.

My weakness is CHOCOLATE, in any way, shape or form!
It's so hard to wait in line at the grocery store because they always have mountains of chocolate right by the register!
