I was going to say food in general. Ihonestly can't think of a food I don't like.
But ya know? .... I think the weakness that is the most harmful to my health and welfare is .... procrastination!

Dark Chocolate Covered Dried Strawberries! I can't resist them! I actually have to walk around the isle so I don't go down it and grab a bag!

My weakness is Nestea Zero - I could drink 10 bottles a day!!...although it's calorie free!! LOL! Okay, my calorie filled weakness would be...take-out Chinese food, or Subway....and how I make sure I don't go overboard is I make sure I know, or can estimate, the calories I'm taking in and that I can "afford" them in my daily/weekly calorie budget!

The only food that I feel like I MUST eat when it's there is spaghetti. And of course take out but that is easy to keep out of the house.

My weakness is not a specific type of food, it's a specific food situation - unplanned events with delicious finger foods. At work, there are frequent situations where I go to a big meeting and the entire back of the room are tables full of yummy foods. I do GREAT with food as long as nothing interrupts my "plan." Turning down food in these situations is very difficult for me, I don't know why If I'm invited to a barbeque, I plan and take my own food and feel much more successful, it's the random "confronted with delicious food" that I have a hard time with.

I am MUCH better than I used to be, I used to load my plate and eat as much as I wanted. Now, I try to use the "one plate rule" and only take tiny bites of things.

Chapman's Dutch Chocolate Frozen Yogourt.

If I buy one carton, I have to buy another one and another and another until I break the cycle somehow. Luckily, it seems to be about the only food I can't eat in moderation. It's just so good!

For me, it's ice cream and chocolate. I have done a good job avoiding both as of late. I am working out wayyyy too hard to give in to sugar addictions. I hope I can keep control of myself.

For Pizza I order it with no cheese, lots of veggies and extra sauce . That works for me. I can have 3 slices and find that I will still lose a pound or two.

My weekness is PEANUT BUTTER. I could have 6 P&J sandwiches or anything else made with peanut butter for that matter.

Giant Cheeseburgers with mayo, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and jalepenos. And the beef patty (just one thick one) has to be smothered in grease and the bun has to be thick and toasted on the inside with butter. YUM YUM YUM! I'm talking about the kind of cheeseburger that you have to cut with a knife before you eat it. And please don't add crunchy bacon to it cuz that just makes the craving worse!

And how could I forget!!!! Chocolate PEANUT CLUSTERS!!!!! DOUBLE DROOL.
