Hello again ladies! I'm so glad to see you're all doing well (I'm a long-time lurker.) I just ordered another set of videos from ebay after I lost the whole set during a move I used the dvds off and on until the move, but I feel that I can *really* start using them as soon as they arrive! I'm hoping to lose at least 15 lb by Christmas.

Hi Ladies!!!

I'm so excited!! I just ordered Turbo Jam Max Results!!!! Now for the hard part...waiting the 5-7 days for delivery!

Hopefully it'll be the change of workout that'll help me my final 20lbs.

Thumbs up

5 lbs down in 1.5 weeks! I'm doing the Maximum results exactly how it says to in the accompanying manual except one day I did Learn and Burn after the 20 min. cardio because I just felt like it

I'm going to be starting a Turbo Jam and Firm rotation. One day of TJ cardio, one day of Firm weights or intervals, repeat. Should kick my butt pretty good. I've done the maximum results workouts before but I just got the second package (can't remember what its called) so now I have the new cardio parties and the fat blaster. I can't wait to try them out!

I just did the first day of my new rotation today. I did Fat Blaster and I think it was a mistake. After taking a couple weeks off from exercise those turbos about killed me! Felt good afterwards though Tomorrow I'll be doing the Firm, then TJ Cardio Party 1 on Wednesday.

Hi Jammers!
I did my first Learn and Burn last night! What I love about this is it is very abs intensive, but I'm not all that coordinated so it'll take me a few times to get the hang of some of the moves.

So glad you're loving your new videos! The Learn and Burn burned up my abs too, lol.

Update for moi: EIGHT pounds down in two and a half weeks! I'm dying to take my measurements again, but vowed not to until the end of Week Four. (I'm still on the Beginners recommendations in the booklet)

Has anyone had difficulty with all the leg and body twisting she does in Cardio Party? It made my knees hurt the next couple of days, so had to just face forward and do the moves without turning back and front and all that.

I'm right there with tinseltoes except instead of my knees, it's my back. I had some soreness in my back a couple weeks ago and chalked it up to a lot of sewing I did, but today after my first day back at Turbo Jam it feels the same way. It hurts to move! Now I have exercised and lifted weights pretty consistently for 4 or 5 years now so I am definitely no beginner. I don't know if its just because the punching is a new movement for me or what. Definitely makes me think twice about sticking with it, which is a shame. It is a lot of fun.
