tubolard, it takes quite awhile to get used to it.......small bales is what my dh did, too, but now he does big round ones here in WI. 20min. bodyflex.

just got back from power walking and running errands. had my haircut. want it to look nice for the 4th and for a party i'm going to a week from sunday.

I will try to do more in a few minutes, I am having a lot of cramping in my calf and the roller helps for a few minutes but then it comes right back, sigh.
