My leg isn't hurting too much today, maybe the foam roller is helping.
My depression is rearing its ugly head today, it make it so hard to do anything, all I want to do is crawl into bed and lay there. It make me even more proud that I did 3 miles, I might try to do more in a little bit.

tubolard, glad your leg isn't hurting as much. will be leaving for a power walk and to run errands in a few minutes. have the last load of the post-company laundry on the line drying. will put the clean sheets on that bed later on today. they will smell good when I take them down!

ciecie, line dried sheets smell amazing I can't wait until we are able to put our clothes line in, unfortunately they are low on the honey do list.

tubolard, i'm going to check to see if my sheets are dry in a few minutes. if they are, i'll take them and anything else that is dry down. i'll make up the bed after that. I know my socks aren't dry as they are athletic ankle socks and are made of a thicker material and will take longer to dry. will go for another power walk as soon as rite aid calls and says my prescriptions are ready.
