just got back from power walking and running errands in a nearby community. will rest up for a few minutes. then will go for another brief power walk.

2 painful miles
Wii MW Hard Arms w/2.5 lb weights

I am going to rest and do some stretching and maybe try to do more. My right leg is so painful, from hip to foot it just feels like one big cramp. I know it is be of the fibro and the other foot issues I have but that doesn't keep me from feeling lazy because I can't workout like I was and angry for not being able to work through the pain.


I am also as of this morning the heaviest I have ever been, sigh. I can't workout as hard as I want to so it feels like all I do is snack my way through the day. I am so hopeful I can get my bone spurs taken care of soon. I go to a specialist about the spurs in about a month and I am hoping he will go ahead and schedule me for surgery on it. Then as soon as one side is healed enough I want to get the other foot done as well.

The thought of having my feet cut on doesn't thrill me but if it will eventually help with part of the pain I am all for it. I have noticed I walk on the ball of my foot instead of putting my heel down so the spurs are affecting how I walk for sure.

Don't quite know what to say, tubolard. When I had the heel pain, arch supports cured it.
