dad fell when he was getting out of a chair in the kitchen and hit his head on the floor. also his heart rate was low. thinking his meds need to be tweaked. will hopefully know more later on today. went for a power walk this morning and run a couple of errands. just finished working out with leslie sansone. will take a shower and run some more errands in a few minutes.

Been up and down my stairs probably 10 times today trying to get my waterbed changed and filled up. That should count for something, right. ha I'm very frustrated because my son who works here takes my things without asking and doesn't put them back.
