I swear every time I jump on this thread things get crazy and end up not posting! I have been exercising just haven't been online much because things have been busy. I won't go back and record everything but yesterday I did the 2 mile WATP Shape & Firm along with a 1 mile Biggest Loser Walk and a 30 minute walk outdoors. Haven't gotten a walk in today...yet, just got home and relaxing for a few minutes so...just wanted to drop by and say HEY

I've been sick with a cold the past couple of days so I haven't pushed myself to do WATP. But I have done Wii Fit - a little less strenuous but still, it's movement! And at this point, with over 20 days into my 30/30 exercise challenge, I didn't want to stop now!

HEY GANG I did 2 miles this morning. I used the new 5 Really Big Miles. did the warm up, and the 1st and 3rd miles. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT!!! it is my new FAVORITE walk!

Free1 - it definitely bumps it up. I was sweating. I would say that it is an absolute MUST for everyone here!!!!

here's a breakdown of the dvd that I am copying from a post on the forums at www.walkathome.com

"there is a 5 minute warm up

Mile one: introduces the double tap out
The shift wth arm punches

Mile 2: Uses the stretchie
You do a side to side and kick back together
step up and back jog 3 times (Like in Punch Out)
Knee up with stretchie

Mile 3: Knee up 4 and kick back 4
Out out in in
Shift and punch
1-2 jog jog
Boosted walking!

Mile 4: Uses the stretchie and is the Bootcamp
Lunges, and Lunches with Bicep curls
Squats
Grapevine with kick back
Squats and lunges alternate
Do some jogging with the grapevine
Boosted walking
Shift and Punch

Mile 5: Classic walk

Total time with stretch was 87 minutes and I burned 500 calories using my HRM"

hope this helps

Cathy - Sounds like a great DVD. I will add it to my list.

Today - just came back from a 2-mile walk. Plan on jog/walk (C25K) this evening.

Annie - Where are you?

Here I am!!!!

Been so busy with work and sick with a bad cold....just too much going on and haven't been posting. Otherwise, all is well and I've been keeping up my WATPs. I did lay off a few days with the cold.

This morning I did the 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk.

Cathy-Thanks for the info on the new 5 mile DVD. I guess I thought it wasn't coming out until Oct. Does the entire thing take 87 min??? I'm not sure when I would find time for the entire workout! The 5 mile I have takes about an hour. I still want to try it, though.

yes the WHOLE thing is 87 minutes. each mile is different so it is easy to do just the miles you want. they had said on the boards at leslie's website that it would be october, but for some reason it is out early at walmart and target

i'm glad to see you post! hope your are feeling much better girl!
