Swoody29-
Support groups abound for P90X. Beachbody.com has many of them in the forums, and Facebook has them as well. I participated in 3 support groups at Beachbody during my round of P90X, and one on Facebook. It helped a LOT. I suggest you join a group that starts around the same time you do if you do it on Beachbody, or join one of the larger groups that go on all the time. If you participate in Facebook, put P90X as one of your interests and I guarantee that beachbody coaches will contact you. You can also, I'm sure, search for a coach. Coaching is free. All coaches will try to sell you product, but try to find a coach that actually offers good coaching. Some do, some don't. I don't mind getting the occasional sales pitch from a coach who is doing a good job coaching me, and I'll even buy some stuff (I make sure if I buy a new Beachbody workout program or any supplements that my coach gets credit to pay back for the free coaching). The Beachbody forums are also full of non-coaches that are just there to motivate each other. Both ways are good.
As for Yoga X- do what you can. Even after a full round I could never "swing through" from plank to crescent pose. I could never do wheel. I could never do half moon. I could never do crane. So what? I dropped one knee to swing my leg around for crescent pose. I did bridge instead of wheel. I do triangle pose instead of half moon. I do childs pose instead of crane. You do what you can. It gets better, I promise. Show up, push play, do your best and the improvements will come. I know a lot of people hate yoga. I generally do not enjoy doing it at the time- but the benefits for my lower back were undeniable. I went from having back pain most of the time to having no back pain most of the time- and that's worth every minute. :)
