Girls ... I am soooo tired! Tomorrow is my seventh shift in a row. Days and evenings mixed together. I feel kinda like a slow motion zombi. Oddly enough ... this is the best food day I have in several days. Go figure!
Unless the sky falls in, I should have Wed and Thurs off. I need groceries!

Wide in Winni: Just a thought, could the bloat be TOM? I've been having the bloated feeling for a few days along with wanting to eat/snack (and I'm not hungry). My sister called me this morning and suggested that it was prob Pre-TOM. We are almost on the same schedule, and that is what she is attributing hers to. And looking at my journal, she's prob right. At least now I know how to fight back. Drink your water, which should help. And I will stay away from the carbs and chocolate!
Lucky: Congrats on moving that scale on down! I, too, love feeling in control. When I'm eating good and exercising, my energy and outlook is great!
Well, I gained a quarter pound since last official weigh in. Looking at my journal, I've been eating higher calories so I figured I wouldn't see a loss. But, I don't like gains either even when I know why!

Softballmom~ I wish it was TOM but it's not. the weather has been really hot here and I've been moving around a tonne and drinking my water, also been avoiding the salt the past couple days but I'm still bloated beyond belief! Up 3 pounds actuallyI'm thinking of taking a water pill but I'm going out of town tomorrow and don't want to be having to go every hour!lol! The pills take there time working for me!
I'm heading up north to Snow Lake for a few days and staying in a hotel so no exercise or proper eating for me, but should be relaxing anyway!

Yay, I'm up a pound (never thought I'd be saying that). With it came some much needed motivation to get back to the gym. Had my first adequate, if not great, workout in a MONTH.
