AWWW come out of the shadows, Honey, we've all been there.

Together we WILL loose this weight!!!

So ladies, August has been a bad month for me, still at 136 but I've been inactive, lazy, incredably unmotivated, and stuffing my face with whatever I feel like.
September proves to be better, I will be in school till 3:30 every day so that means a quick breakie, a solid lunch and a great dinner for me!! And I have access to the weight/gym facilities!!
Good luck to you all in September!! see ya soon!

Tomorrow, i'm going to kick *** and get some excellent exercise in!

I intend to lose 4 pounds in September. I don't really need to work on the diet at all--I'm eating clean 95% of the time. I will give up wine (after I finish the bottle that is in the wine rack--then I won't buy another until I am 139). I know that wine is the ONE thing that prevents me from losing. I ate so clean during August, but didn't watch that wine intake and I didn't lose anything. Maintained, so that is okay, but I need to get on track so that when the in-laws return in October they'll be extra impressed!

Allison -- That's a great idea! After tonight, a 25th anniversay party, I will not touch wine till I am ... hmmm... let's see 145? That sounds like a doable number for me ... Not all in the month of September though, I doubt I could do that, but I can lose 4# in September...

I'm going to be going out for a few, yes, few drinks tonightand then no alcohol till by B-day next month!
Todays exercise will consist of scrubbing the house down so it's spic and span! A couple hours exercise at least! LOL!
Have a fantastic day!!

Bah! I can't lose by cutting out alcohol - I don't drink already! I hate that!

Hopefully my extra cardio biking will work - oh that and BfL. I need to be a little bit more organised, but apart from that all should be well!

Oh and I didn't lose any weight or inches on the first week of BfL, but I suspect that it's because I wasn't entirely with it for the first week. Never mind! I'll sort it out!

Congrats Ilene!

hopefully this month i can lose another 7#, like last month. i'm gonna try to exercise more, but finding time is gonna be hard (school in the morning/afternoon, work at night, rinse and repeat). Maybe dancing around in my room to my new CDs can count? one of my new favorite ones is about 40 minutes long, and it's very upbeat (the grates are a really uplifting/upbeat group from australia), so that may be my new goal>> dance around for 40 minutes at least three times a week

Well done on your weight loss Wonder Woman Ilene

Tig - great going on that 7lbs too!

My bike saddle arrived yesterday. I spent an amusing half an hour trying to get it to fit and getting it in the right position that it's ok, since I am planning 14 miles to work tomorrow on it!

daisimae, stop lurking! We, of all people, totally understand those feelings when we aren't everything we want to be. Stay with us...

This weekend was a bad example of maintenance for me. With the Labor Day 3-day weekend, I wasn't strict or in control of my food selections; journaled after the fact. Appears that I gained a pound since last week! Since I didn't get my water intake in either, it could be just water fluctuation, but definitely a head check for future maintenance because calories were way up from normal. I CAN NOT eat whatever, whenever I like. I picked up this saying (prob from around here) and it is so true -- Thin is no accident! This stuff is hard work. Today I'm back at it, and while my son's homemade choc cake is still sitting on the kitchen table - I will not count it as a food group, like I did yesterday!

Hello to those who remember me. Well after a binge filled month of August I'm very sad to report that I gained 15 lbs. It is no ones fault but my own and I accept full responsibility. My head is on straight again and the exercise is in place as well as clean eating. I'm leaving the featherweight forum until I'm 10 lbs away from goal. Bye!
