142.6... I was really hoping to see 139.something for Thanksgiving, but I don't think it is going to happen :cry: -- And after Thanksgiving, I am sure I'll be back at 145 range...oh well...

149.2. Good and bad. I expected to go up after thanksgiving probably mostly water weight. I'm thrilled that I stayed in the 140's. But got to get refocused and keep going down.

Today, I will focus on water and exercise. No left over treats for me.

One thing I noticed at thanksgiving. A lot of the treats didn't taste as good as I remember. So tastebuds changed. I'm kind of disappointed by that.

148.2 again. Guess I should be happy with that. I had pizza yesterday so went over on calories and sodium. Looking forward to kids going back to school tomorrow to get back to normal routine.

148.6. Ok, time to refocus. I had a hard time restricting my calories after thanksgiving. Probably cause kids around and stuff. But back to the regular schedule. Need to see how much I can accomplish in the next 3 weeks. Hopefully goal or at least very close.

Hope everyone is doing well and keeping to their plan.

146.6. :) another pound of water weight. 1 more pound to my lowest. Hopefully I get there tomorrow. If not, I might have to assume that I gained a pound at thanksgiving. Either way, got to keep moving forward.

147.6 today. I seem to be going backwards here. I know that I need to get my eating on track, I just don't want to do the work. You know the logging my food intake and being accountable to myself. I know better I just seem to be wishing that twenty pounds would magically disappear rather than doing something about them.

Amen to that. It seems like so much work. Dieting for days then 1 bad meal ruins the work. The only thing keeping me going is that I am so much healthier now. Plus I want this to be my last diet ever. I'm determine to get to goal and stay there.

147.0 thought I did really good yesterday but guess not. Keep moving forward.

149.8 today. Guess I shouldn't have ate those salty pistachio nuts last night. Hey Hiddenstar, thanks commiserating with me. Today I am back to logging my food. I am working on improving my eating one meal at a time. I am starting with getting breakfast and lunch back on track.

147.6. Been extra hungry lately. I think that it might be that I'm not drinking as much water. Today I've been craving the water. Guess we'll see what tomorrow holds.
