yay! everyone seems to be doing well. special congrats to draconicdreams - off you go to the 130s!

Still at 148.2 - but it's TOM so am hoping for some movement down the scale afterwards

147.6 again but I cheated a little yesterday. The kids were snacking on chocolate covered popcorn yesterday and my willpower gave out. Luckily, it was eaten up so that temptation is gone.

Good - ds told me that I'm wearing skinny jeans now. I'm not but made me feel good to hear it. Kids can be so honest. Of course, this is same ds that likes to play with my jiggly fat cause it is funny to him. [Everytime he does, it is a huge incentive to get rid of it. I'm looking forward to day that he is disappointed when it doesn't jiggle any more. ]

Bad - I got a head cold. So no exercise today. Probably sleep alot. Might have soup later which will probably spike my sodium.

Hey. 2 weeks ago I was 154 lbs and I'm currently 146.8 lbs. I'm fighting this battle with you :)
Probably won't be able to tell how much I've lost for the next 3 weeks - I don't have a scale and I refuse to buy it :) I only weight myself when I'm visiting my parents.

whoosh indeed - 146.6.

now is not the time to get complacent. need to get to below 145 before the end of the month so can target the 130s in December. How great would that be?

Maddierep - I am shooting for 145 by end of month also. Hope we both make it.

147.6. Starting to feel better from headcold. I will skip one more day of exercise before getting back on track.

147.6 tom surprised me today. He's early and didn't give any of the normal warning signs. Maybe this is why my weight has been holding steady for awhile. I hope I get a whoosh afterwards.

Did really good at dinner last night. Made lasagna for the family. It is one of my trigger foods so I didn't have any. I decided to avoid a few of my triggers until I reach goal.

I was so incredibly thirsty last night, I kept chugging water all night long, even right before bedtime, and I think it showed up on my scale this morning. I was up 2.8 pounds, and I did not eat in large quantities of food, a normal 1300 calorie day.

Another thing could be... my TOM is 4 days late, and maybe I am nearing it. I do have no symptoms tho. -- I ate like a little piglet 2 days leading to the day TOM was supposed to make "his" appearance. -- My daughter and I have a same cycle, but this month she started bleeding at mid month and bled for 3 weeks. -- Poor thing was placed on pill, because of her excessive period, and even the pill did not do the trick this month.... so my cycle is prolly totally off because of her. Maybe I will skip my period completely this month :crossed: and we are back in sync next month. -- Hormones :dizzy:

Or could be my age :lol: But I feel so young ;) And I think 47 is is still young :D

So weight this morning 145.2. Same as it was 11/01... a miracle needs to happen within the next week if I were to make my 139.2 pound goal by the 30th :rolleyes: -- Especially because I am giving myself a permission to indulge and enjoy the Thanksgiving dinner we are sharing with our friends. We are all cooking some really yummy things :drool:

Well, I have concentrated on my water intake today, and hoping for a whoosh for tomorrow's weigh in.

I have not made any progress since my birthday which was 9 days ago, sigh.

I have kept up with my workouts though, which I am very proud off. Most days I have walked outdoors with my puppy and then another walk on treadmill :yay:

Actually I am off to walk my doggie right now, and later tonight I'll hit the gym for some weights, and hopefully another power walking session.

Sum38 - 47 is definitely still young. Especially since I'll be there in 2 years. However, i feel younger than I did in my 30's since losing this weight.

147.6 the tom monster won yesterday. I was so hungry that I gave in an ate. I know that I didn't eat 2 pounds worth so I know that it is all water weight. I guess having 1 over-eat day a month isn't bad

147.6. Again. Still holding water plus I didn't drink much yesterday which probably didn't help. Got 2 days to drop some of the water weight then I probably go up again with thanksgiving. Decided that I will enjoy some of the treats so that will mean another sodium spike. Got to stay positive. I saw 145 once- I know I can see it again.
