DLS1 - :bravo::dancer::congrat: Way to go on making it to 60 lb milestone.
Inatizzy - hope you make your November goal. 149.0 down a little and happy about that. Kids had a school performance yesterday so I took them out for ice cream afterwards. Not bad for going over calories. |
Slipped up a bit (a lot) yesterday, weight is up by 2.6 pounds.
146.2 |
148.2 - no change. i'm looking at that as a positive. at least it didn't go up
|
148.0 back to my low now I got to get it lower. Will have a big temptation tonight. My dd is going to be making cupcakes. Need to save calories so I can have one w/o frosting. But it going to be hard to save calories to end of day. Wish me luck.

I had a perfect day yesterday! I ate OP, exercised TWICE  Not only did I lose the bloat from day before, I dropped another 1.2 pounds.
Today is my birthday, and I think my scale decided to give me a nice present. :goodscale -- Tomorrow will be another story. I have a very busy day ahead of me partying :hat: A lunch and dinner out and drinks with friends late at night. -- But I feel in control, I am letting myself enjoy today, and I will be back OP tomorrow! -- I will still be mindful what I will have; salad with grilled chicken or salmon for lunch ( I LOVE salads), filet for dinner and I think I will limit myself to 2 vodka and clubsoda with lime drinks with friends. My calories should stay below 2000, and all will be low carb. -- I walked for an hour outdoors at very high speed, so I did get some exercise in as well. I lost 4 pounds since last Friday. I am really hoping to lose 2.4 pounds this week... 140 sounds delicious. 142.4 this am. |
that sounds amazing - and happy birthday!
|
I "almost" stuck to my plan, broke down and had chocolate mousse for dessert.
The birthday damage; 1.8 pounds. Back OP today. 144.2 |
147.8 :) survived the cupcake making with dd and had a small drop. Now to survive the weekend.
|
147.2  I am literally dancing in my house. We went out to dinner last night. I had a small steak. I was expecting water weight cause they usually over salt the food. So I'm rejoicing with a drop.
7 lbs to goal. Hoping to drop 2 more by end of November. This is a totally motivating day. I feel like I can really do it. Hope everyone else is having a great weekend. |
So happy for you hiddenstar!! You can totally drop 2 pounds in 15 days.
I am not weighing myself today, I had too much salty stuff yesterday, and I am not wanting to see that higher number on scale. I will focus on drinking my water today, and gym. My weight should be back to "normal" tomorrow. I am hoping to be close to 140 by the end of the week. That is 2.4 pound drop, tho; and TOM is due later this week, so I may be dreaming too big! -- To be honest with you, 141.something would make me excited! Or to maintain during TOM week. -- I can not help but eat like mad 2 days leading to TOM. I am like an animal at that point. |
143.6

Was 139.4 yesterday and 138.8 today. Looks like I'm done with the 140s! |
Congrats DraconicDreams!! Looks like you had your weekend loss :)
I'll see you at the 130's thread, hopefully in a week or two! |
Draconicdreams - :carrot: :bravo: on making it to 130's.
Sum38 - you probably still have some water weight from birthday. 147.6. I forgot about tom. He is going to show up at end of month. Hope he doesn't ruin my goals too much. I hate the extra hunger a few days before. |
hiddenstar My TOM is due on Thursday and I am afraid. Last month I ate and ate. I could not stop. -- It is bad enough without eating; I always "gain" a few pounds of water weight, and the extra food on top of that...yikes.
I am vowing to stay OP this month. I need to have some will power somewhere :D Luckily, TOM is coming around the 20th, that leaves 10 days to get rid of TOM bloat for the official month end weigh in. And I hope that you are right about my water weight from this weekend...do I dare a small whoosh tomorrow morning? |
