AFM, I've been back home and OP for a week now and my weight was 130 this morning. Seeing the 120s for a few days before my vacay was such a tease! Haha

I'm FINALLY back down to my pre holiday weight of 135.6!! I'm a bit dehydrated from all the beer I drank last night for the playoff games so it might come up a bit tomorrow but either way I'm thrilled. How bout everyone else? This threads been pretty quiet...

Man I was 132.4 yesterday and have been losing .4-.6 per day this year, so mad I weighed 133.6 today. I have been staying at 1200 calories and ride my bike everyday. Just got a used elliptical yesterday that I added to my routine. Was so excited about maybe seeing 131 today even if it was 131.9. Can't wait to say goodbye to the 130's haven't seen the 120's since 06. Guess I hadn't seen the 130s since 06 too. So close to goal but I feel like its getting harder now. Someone encourage me please.

Down to 137.5 today!

136 is the lowest I've weighed in about 3 years, so I'm pretty excited. I ate a lot when I was sick this past week, but I didn't go crazy with it. I also tried to stay active (yoga, walking) the best I could.

tonimaroni2 - Maybe try getting back to the very basics? I got back on track by having veggies with every meal, no matter what, and drinking a big bottle of mineral water twice a day. After a few days of that, I added in a goal for protein with each meal, etc. It took me a few weeks before I was back in full swing, but it did ultimately work.

chubbiegurl - I wish I was going as hardcore as you! There's no way you're not going to lose weight with that routine. Don't get worried about the water weight going up and down.
I know that's easier said then done... before christmas I got down to 145, and then my weight stalled for a while... I was not a happy camper... and then it shot up to 150 for almost a week!
I. FREAKED. OUT.
But after 2 more weeks, I was down to 140! The whole time I was eating 100% on plan. How's that for some crazy fluctuations??
You'll probably go up and down and then have a woosh of several pounds at once, I bet. Just hang in there! It'll be so worth it when it happens!

No more salt than usual, I had started the elliptical and found some interesting google searches on how adding a new exercise can sometimes add water weight. And my Tom has kinda been all over the place but it has only been 20 days.

I'm 136 even today! I've been really cracking down on my high calories days, so I'm really pleased I got some movement on the scale.

From here on out, it's 2010 and earlier weights!

I'm wavering between 138 and 139 right now. I seriously hate hovering at the top end of a weight. Just drop on down to the middle 130s already!

Plus I don't get my first reward until I hit 135.

Today I'm down to 133.0... I don't even know how its happened!! I've been staying on plan and I know I'm in ketosis, but I'm just not used to seeing such quick drops.... I guess its that whoosh we all hope for.

I have totally blown in it.
Ugh.
I can't seem to get back with it even for a day.

136 now...and still eating like crazy.

Having a horrible time leaving the 130's.
Pretty bummed about it...which doesn't seem to deter me from eating.

Actually, I haven't decided yet! Either new sunglasses or the Aria scale. I'm in love with my FitBit One and the scale made by the same company gets great reviews.
