  • 133lbs today! FINALLY got rid of that stinking 134lbs after being it for about 6 weeks!
  • My BMI is normal!!

    Weighed in at 137.1, down 2 pounds from last week and my BMI is finally in the normal range.
  • Been on vacation for a week in Boston with my italian family.. so much food.. the worst part is that I know there are some healthy options here for me, but i choose to eat the unhealthy stuff because it tastes so good. Definitely expecting to have gained A LOT when i weigh tomorrow. Oh well, at least it was delicious! Keep up the good work everyone!

    I had been in the 120s about 1.5 years ago, but several moves destabilised my progress Anyway, hopefully this time around the weight loss will stick...My goal is 133 before Nov. 29 (have a work event), and 129 for dec. 20 (flying 'home'for xmas)

    Finally moving toward the 120's after months and months and months!
  • Had a gain .4 pounds. Weighed in at 137.5
  • After sticking between 140 and 142 lbs for nearly a month, I'm soo happy to say I am in the 130's officially. Weighed in at 138.4lbs this morning!

  • 131.5 this morning and now I'm in Las Vegas for 4 days (C.E. course). Totally expecting a gain on Monday.
    Food is not going to be exactly ideal here.

    Steph- It's so weird isn't it. It seems so easy to gain and so hard to lose at times. I'm not sure why I lost 2 pounds from where I was at before. I wasn't doing anything too special, then my body just decided to give it up. Hang in there
  • Well, a sore throat and what seemed to be an impending cold kept me from hitting the gym this week. It is so annoying because the cold won't go full on, it's just enough to keep me from going to the gym (don't want to get worse), and when I don't exercise I am more vulnerable to making the wrong food choices. I have had supermarket pizza 3, yes 3, days in a row. I am now up to 139.4. That was my weigh-in for the last 3 days.

    Tonight I am going to the gym, I really don't want to see a 140 number ever again. So gym and eating healthy this weekend.
