  • Almost there, 1987!

    I weighed in at 134.8 yesterday, 135.8 today. I went way over my sodium intake though so I'm assuming that's what caused it.

    I'm thinking I'll enter my work's weight loss challenge today and see where I end up in a month.
  • Still here too... I took a short break because I felt like I was stalled and sabotaging my effforts everyday, but I'm back at it now. I gained 2 lbs last month instead of losing >

    I can't wait for summertime so I can exercise unintentionally! That will help...

    I was 134.8 when I checked in a few days ago but I suppose that was just because I hadn't eaten much the day before. So given that I've been eating and exercising, I suppose that 135 is a more accurate estimate and just as good. I hope to see 134.X tomorrow at my company weigh-in!
  • I'm here... I'm between 122-124 and I can't shake it!! For my small frame I need to be around 110..... Ugh!!!! Stuck in a rut!!!

    I saw 131.2 this morning, getting close. I'm hoping for a post TOM-whoosh to help me out a little!
  • Hello! I just returned. Current weight is 138 - 18 pounds to my ideal weight. So,I will be here for a while.
  • Ugh. I have been stuck at 130.0 for two weeks now >.< Something has got to give! I want that 129 so bad, I can TASTE IT! (maybe "taste" is a bad way to describe it if I'm trying to lose weight haha).

  • Hi, there I'm new to the thread. I weighed in at 138.2 for the second day in a row so I get to hand out over here now. I'm so thrilled. I've been sick the last few days but I think I will be in the 130's still whenever my appetite comes back.

  • I HATE the 130's!! 137.x seems to be a set point for me, so I stop losing or lose like .2/week, then I give up, eat, and gain. Determined not to do that this time!

    I don't know how that happened but I'm gonna run with it! Four days remain in my company weight loss challenge. So far, I've only contributed 2.4 pounds of weight loss which comes to less than 2% contributed to my team but hey, I'm not overweight, I knew this wasn't going to be easy for me.
  • I'm still here, I guess I have been maintaining really. I went on holiday and kept generally on plan, but didn't lose anything.

    As of this morning, 130.6lbs Edging nearer although the lowest I have seen, a couple of weeks ago, has been 130.2lbs.

    Come on 129 & good luck everyone else! We can do this
