Still at 137.5, but okay with this, given I was stuck at 139/140. Started a new way of eating today...hoping to see a nice loss by next Friday.

131.0 today, which I'm excited about because I weighed exactly the same on Sunday and I haven't "gone" since then ... so obviously once I do, I should have a loss (fingers crossed)!
Also, I know 5 days is a long time without "going" ... its a health issue I have to monitor closely.
136 pounds this morning, which was a very nice surprise . I'm not sure how much faith I have in it though because I'm at my parents so it was a different set of scales. Still, it's nice to know that I've lost at least a couple of pounds since I started!
AHHH so excited!!!!!!! Now I need to make some really good choices at dinner tonight, I'm taking out the boy I've been seeing to dinner because he's been in Italy for 2 weeks.
