Last time I got on the scale, I was 132. I'm slightly terrified of stepping on in the morning because I had the WORST weekend every. There was a family birthday party on Friday and a family grad party on Saturday...not my best weekend ever. I will definitely be logging my food and exercise like a hawk for the rest of the month.
I was going to weigh-in this morning, but the dog kept me awake half the night (thunderstorm psychosis) and in my brain-fogged state, I forgot to do that before breakfast. TOM is due anyway, so I should probably wait a week for an official number.
I was at 138.2 this morning. I definitely had too many carbs this weekend. But also did a lot of leg training so I think Im retaining. No sweat tho. Back at it today. Have a great day everyone!
Oh jeez. Weighed in at 136 this morning. It's been fun drinking and eating like a baby pig but time to get back on track. On the bright side, I can wear my clothes that were almost too tight when I was 130 at age 17. Seems I wear my weight a little better now!

I have also been going up the past week, despite being POP. But, that's the way it sometimes goes, especially on the last ten pounds (and it's probably hormonal in my case this week). But, the good news is that I am hunkering down and continuing on, and maybe next month I will be in range of the 120's!
I also can't seem to get out of the 130's! I am at 132-133 and keep fluctuating back and forth. I just want to see the 120's!!! I've plateued (sp) and not sure how to break it. Suggestions?
My friend has visited me this week so it has been a very off plan kind of week.I am not ready to step back on the scale again yet. So I am going to wait a few days and hope that I haven't gained too much :/
