so I'll have to make sure he dresses for it. He used to live in nothern Ontario and was quite used to the cold but no more.
I have been OP all weekend - curious to see what the scale says tomorrow. I find there are no HUGE changes on Fri. and Mon. (weigh-in days) but sometimes I'm a bit surprised

I found that cutting out alcohol

helped me lose weight just because the willpower was a lot stronger without the wine. If you are exercising more then maybe you are replacing fat with muscle, which does weigh more. I am quite muscular and have a quite high BMI

but I'm definitely not FAT!
