Another mini-goal reached! I'm officially under 110lbs and 45lbs lost!!!! I weighed in at 108.5 this am!! Woot! My trainer rocks!! I weighed in at 114 on Monday and 108.5 this am! Of course, the 114 was from pigging out the day before and not real weight...I was really around 112...but still!!!
I can't wait to sign up for the gym--if all goes well I'll be there Sunday for my free month. AND if it goes as per plan, we'll buy a membership after that (and at that point I might look into their trainer). I need to lose these last 10!
Hi!
I'm inspired by your b4 & after pics...you look great and your starting stats are similar to mine.
How did you do it? Do you have a personal trainer or do you use an online Personal trainer? I'd love to see results like that!
Thanks everyone! I'm even lower...108 now! That's over 45 lbs lost!!!
I actually just started with an online trainer and lifting weights last week. Up until last week I had been on my own with running and some light resistance training with the PUSH program.
Thanks! It's www.push.tv , I was doing it from about August until last week when I started weight training. It's a really great program, but I wanted to go to the next level and start getting serious about lifting so I decided to make the switch.
Push looks REALLY interesting. My budget is a bit tight right now because I'm about to start paying off my student loans, but maybe I can ask for it for Christmas from someone. Great to hear a real life review!

It really is great, although I never really used any other DVD programs to compare it to. What I liked the most was the trainer, she called me to check in and would email me back within 24 hours everytime I had a question. I saw some good progress with it and you can't beat $25 a month. I actually found it through a review on the main 3FC website and debated whether or not to do it for like a month or so before I actually forked up the dough.
