???? Just re reading some of the posts. Are we supposed to have ALL of what's allowed in one day (brown rice, oatmeal, egg whites, yogurt, fruit and veggies) or just a combo of these? I haven't been eating egg whites, but I've been including the others daily. Just a bit confused on day 4 I guess. I thought this list was what was allowed, not what we were supposed to be eating daily. Does this make sense?
