  • hey there 32smasher.. I'm going to start the Extrene diet as soons my book gets here which should be this week, but I'd love to be a buddy with you. I'm currently 163-164 and 5'4 and my goal is 125. so I have 38/39 pounds to go. From what I've been reading in the forum and the posts the diet does work so I'm going to give it a try and I'm excited so excited. I'm general a calorie counter but I figure this couldn't hurt ..

  • 32smasher yes we can do it.. I'm waiting on my book too it should come this week. Im hoping to start next week. I'm all for it so let's do!! U know I always come to brooklyn in the summer and to be exact I'll be there on June 8th we should try and meet up in June...

    Well first of all, congrats to you on your weight loss. And I just wanted to ask you about the book. I just called my bookstore, and I'm gonna go pick up a copy after work. Can you tell me anything about it.

  • I just started the fat smash diet yesterday. It would be great if there were some other smashers that started around the same time as me to check in with. My starting weight is 189 and I'd like to get down to 145. Big goal, but I really want to get back down to the way I was in high school. I'm 22 years old, and I have an almost 2 year old little girl. Having a baby is the fastest way to put on weight!!! Anyways, would love to join you all on your journey!!!
  • Welcome ashley and you will lose the weight. Just commit to it and you will do it. I'm just waiting on my book and as soon as I get it I'm starting.. I started at 176 on Jan 19th and doing calorie counting I was at 169 in 2 weeks and now I'm at 161. But I'm going to give the EFS a try to jump start me off. From the post and comments the diet does works and I plan on following it down to the T..

  • today 2/25 i just received my extreme fat smash book
    Hey negrita i feel so excited i was going over the book and the menu is very simple and easy to accomplish. just let me know when u get yours, because maybe u want to read it first before u start the diet.. or if you just want to start right away and read it along the way.

    My plan is to go shopping on Saturday or Sunday for the first week like that i have everything that i need for that week.

  • Hi everyone! I know some of you haven't started yet. But today is my third day. I was up all night using the restroom. I swear I lost 2 lbs. of water!!!! This morning I had to weigh myself and sure enough 2 lbs in 2 days!! After I got used to how to prepare the food, this is very easy. Last night I had a cabbage and tomato like soup over brown rice. It was very good. Just so you ladies know I found the recipes in the book to be kind of gross. You may want to try some of the recipes on this site...
  • The recipes on this site are worth a try. I make the oatmeal cookies for breakfast, they are easy to grab and eat on the way. I have also made the garbonzo bean pizza crust. It is easy and good. Plus it is gluten free. You just add whatever toppings you want! The portabella breakfast is good too.
  • I'm on my third day of the diet also, I've lost 6 pounds so far. The hardest part of being on a diet is making dinner for my husband. Since he's not on a diet, I make him regular foods and it kills me just to smell it! Good luck everyone!
