hey guys.. i just have to share that i just stop doing efs..but will continue to do the exercise with a more flexible diet and see how it works..i hope i could conitnue posting with you guys...
today for breakfast 1bowl of Kashi cereal then exericise for 1 1/2 upper body lunch will be 1 fried egg with 1 wheat toast. |
Hey smasher I definitely understand. I'm only going to do efs every 3 weeks and only do week 1 to give my body that jump start but the other weeks I'm calorie counting. efs isn't easy but it does work.. if you are eating healthy and exercising the weight will come off but once again you only have 10 pounds to lose so the closer you are to your weight the hardest it is. I've always heard about those last 10 pounds that they are the hardest to come off..

Negrita, I wish it was my cycle that caused no fat loss this week, but it is not:( I would be losing more if I was exercising like you! I will do some wii fit this afternoon, it is too gloomy to go outside today. |
Hey marion well at least you do some exercising and it will come off. I've just gotten use to working out that when I don't feel bad, like today I went for a 45 min brisk walk at fast speed then later I did a 40 min aerobic work out. It just gives me enegry..
I've seen the wifi but not sure how it works. |
I have to say I am not doing EFS anymore either. I am eating really good and exercising alot!! We can still support each other no matter what we are eating. We are all striving for the same goal! I just reached my exercise goal for the week 8 hours. I have been trying to mix it up and it seems to be working. I just did 1/2 hour ball routine. It was fun and just typing my arms hurt!
Tuesdays menu: B Rasberry yogurt and 1 kiwi and black tea S cheese stick and 16 reduced fat Wheat Thins and green tea L Roasted red pepper and tomato soup with tofu S brown rice cake with PB D Tuna wrap with veggies ***My new scale is being good to me. I have reached 172, so I should pass my easter goal!!! We can keep it up..have a great and active day! BYE...LOU |
hey lou you have to do what works for you and it seems like whatever you have been doing is working. I'm only going to do efs every 3 weeks and do calorie counting 3 weeks out of a month and 1 week of cycle 1 of efs.. my body has been responding well to this and I'm going to cont. with this.. I see no problem with posting in here we still are on the same path and supporting each other..

Negrita, Wii fit is almost like a video game, it's a motion sensor board, that you stand on. The game has yoga, strength training, aerobics and balance games. The aerobics are not really vigorious:) I usually just do the yoga and strength training.
Lou, your menu for the day is making me hungry...I am really hungry...lol I can eat in about 40 minutes...yeah:) |
hey girl. we need to continue supporting one another we will do good.. and negrita, u are right the last 10 pound are the hardest.. i only have lost 1 pound, but being sincere i wasnt doing well on my eating. but this past two weeks i been doing alright. so i have lost a lot of inches from my waist and my arms and legs are looking better....
right now i am just eating healthy and exercise atleast 1hour a day... |
hey marion ok now I understand a bit better what is wifi, but I think I'm going to stick with just my swimming 2 days a week, aerobics and walking at high speeds..I will say I'm becoming a workout junkie :) but in a healthy way
32smash just hang in there and if you have lost inches you are losing.. we all tend to forget about inches but those are important also.. my weigh in is tomorrow so I'll see what the scale says after 1 week of efs, then I'm back to my calorie counting... hang in there ladies we can do it.. lou your menu does look good :) |
Hello Ladies! I hope all is well!!!!! I am having a great day. I started out roller blading for 20 mins and then running for 1 hour. I am not very good at roller blading, it really hurts my feet. So I am trying to work up to 1/2 hour or 1 hour.
I feel good about the eating. It seems to be under control. ***Keep up the good work and keep up the posts!!...Bye |
i am feeling so great i just finish working my lowerbody for 67 minute. it was hard core. but it felt greatttttttttttttttttt....
breakfst 2boxes of raising bran 2%milk lunch a small piece of turkey meat a small salad snack a homemade juice with my juicer veg/fruits dinner 2small turkey patties with egg noodles and veg yeah baby i feel good hope everyone is doing great as well |
way to go lou and you will make your easter goal and surpass it. woohoo.. 2day I went swimming for 1 hour and that's it for today. I'm going to go speed walking 2mrrw am and then 40 min of aerobics..
2day I did cheat a bit I had a bite of onion bread and ate 1 cookie, but geez it's not going to kill me and I substituted the rice for a samll pita bread and my 2 servings for veggies were not even 5 cal of lettuce and onions, 1 cucumber, 1 tofu burger which is only 116 cal tomato and hot sauce it was good( only 250 cal is what I counted) eventhough the meal 4 was 2 servings of veggies and 1/2 rbrown rice but what I ate was lesser than meal 4 plus I didn't eay my 4 oz of lean meat with meal 3 so I aaded the tofu burger with the dinner meal..I counted up my calories for the day and its 1046 calories which is low, but on efs the avg. cal is around 850 and that's why it's hard. my weigh in is tomorrow so we'll see how I did this time around.. hang in there ladies MINI GOAL by Easter ( avg 2 pounds a week) - 151 MINI GOAL by May 13th ( avg 2 pounds a week) - 142 I CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!! |

Last night I made tacos for the family...I wanted one SO bad, I resisted and ate my chickpeas and rice..they tasted so blah..If I was counting calories I could have had some of that taco:) Negrita, I hope you have a GREAT number today on the scale!!!!!! |
hello to everyone out there, 2day was weigh in and I've lost 4 pounds :) I'm definitely going to make my Easter goal..
Now I'm going to go back to my calorie counting.. I will say that EFS does work but just the lack of choices of foods to eat is what annoys me but I do enjoy the exercising and I do follow the EFS exercise schedule with my calorie counting. We're going to get to where we want to be ladies!!! let's hang in there.. each week I get more confidence and determined.. MINI GOAL by Easter ( avg 2 pounds a week) - 151 MINI GOAL by May 13th ( avg 2 pounds a week) - 142 |
