HEY GIRLS...Everyone seems to be doing so well!!!!CONGRATS!! I have finally finished my cycle and am back down to 172...Which means to meet my goal on next wed. I need to lose 2 lbs by then...We will see. I have not been eating on the plan but I have been eating good and resisting temptations. I am determined to not eat after 8, even after lent. It seems to be my downfall.

Have a great weekend and stay focused!!! WE CAN DO IT!!!

hey girls, we all doing great.. with positive thoughts and remembering what we after we could do it..
Hey, girls, i been exercising everyday except Sunday. every time i look at my body i get energy to exercise.. i am seeing the results that i am looking for.
Monday is my weight in...

Hey lou glad to see you are doing well. TOM always gives me extra weight so I don' worry around about that because I know I'm going to be 5 or more pounds heavier. You'll lose those 2 pounds we have 8 days and you can do it..

way to go smasher I definietly understand how you feel. I don't feel right when I dont work out so for those 4 days when I pulled a muslce I just didnt feel right. I exercise everyday and saturdays I usually rest. I'm sure you will see a number you will like and if not you prob have lost inches so dont forget that.

we can do it ladies :)

Hey lou hope you had fun at the gym yesterday.. I went for an 1 hour walk this morning and this evening I'll do 15 mins of aerobics ..

32smash you are doing great and like I said you'll see a number you'll like for sure and also look at your inches, you may not lose weight but losing inches is losing weight too.. a friend of mine who is 155 pounds and around my height and wears a size 6/8 sometimes but she has a lot of muscle tone and hardly no fat so toning up is a good thing too.

Marion how are you doing with the new diet keep us posted..

Negrita, I read an earthquake hit Italy, hope you and yours are all o.k.

I hope to exercise today since I didn't over the weekend. I feel like my clothes are looser. I must say getting ready to go out has been so much easier, I have some many more clothes that fit me.

Good Morning!
I did exercise yesterday, about one hour on wii fit. I feel a lot better today, I have had a head cold for a few days. I stayed on my diet except I had 1/2 cup of delicious ice cream:) yesterday. I don't think that put me over too much.

Hey marion and lou you guys are doing well with the working out and etc.. woohoo I'm still trying to stick with my working out but I know on april 20th when I start back working I'm going to have 12 hours days leaving home at 6 am getting back around 7 pm so I'm going to have to do small 30 mins walks a day so that's why I'm doing so much now.. I've lost 2 more pounds and I need to adjust my signature. I've made my easter goal so woohoo...

I'm trying to hang in there especially now with relationship issues and maybe the relationship ending or changing and that has occupied my mind the past days but it will all be okay we've been 2gether for over 2 years almost 3 and I'm going to give it my all until the very end and dont give up so easily. When I'm a bit down I don't eat which isnt good at all I lose my appetite.. so I'm making myself eat..

Negrita, so sorry you are going through relationship troubles:( I wouldn't be able to eat too, please take care of yourself!

I walked for 45 minutes on treadmill this morning:)

Negrita-Hang in there! It will get easier with time. You have come so far with your eating and exercising you have to stick with it!

Marion-You seem to be progressing well! congrats!!!

I did go roller skating yesterday, and today we went to our local zoo and then to the park to walk the trails. It was fun..I hope the scale is good to me tomorrow!!!! I will post then. BYE!!!
