Back2me***be strong! I know it is hard not to eat before bed, that is why I gave it up for lent. It has been one week and it is easier than doing it for myself. God is a very powerful motivator! Plus if I give it up for 6 weeks (5 weeks left) than I know I can do it always. This is my biggest challenge in losing weight. Take some time and think of how you will feel to be at that weight by your B-day, and what a great gift to give yourself!!!

You can do it...start by making a plan, make a menu for the next 9 days and get rid of the temptations that you can (just throw it away!!) When I just have to eat something on EFS I always reach for a pickle, they are free snacks. (I cannot even tell you how many pickles I have eaten lately!!) Plan exercise and maybe keep a journal! or better yet post daily so we can be accountable! I will help if you want...YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!
negrita75 Hey, kind of having a hard afternoon, but I feel better now that I have posted! This site works!!! I am going to chew another pc of gum! Yes I understand about TOM mine is due also...I weighed myself last night at the gym and was VERY disappointed! Hopefully next week will be better. I am not discouraged I just wanted to see a better number!
