Lou sounds like a busy day.. and very good not to give in to a pizza and just have salad. Today is day 4 for me and it's been good. Not hungry really at all and I'm not eating the snacks because I'm not hungry. 2mrrw I'm going to get up ay 7 am and go for a 60 min power walk and some running in there also. The book says to split up 30 min in the am and 30 min in the pm but I won't have time to do a 30 min workout but I'll do some squats and lunges for about 15 minutes in the evening.. weigh in day is wednesday going into cycle 2 of the EFD..
