Lou sounds like a busy day.. and very good not to give in to a pizza and just have salad. Today is day 4 for me and it's been good. Not hungry really at all and I'm not eating the snacks because I'm not hungry. 2mrrw I'm going to get up ay 7 am and go for a 60 min power walk and some running in there also. The book says to split up 30 min in the am and 30 min in the pm but I won't have time to do a 30 min workout but I'll do some squats and lunges for about 15 minutes in the evening.. weigh in day is wednesday going into cycle 2 of the EFD..

have a good weekend everyone and keep posting...

OK I did not have the pizza on Sat. But I did have half a pc on Sun. (leftovers). I am ok with the cheat! I also had some wine. I am not perfect, I am eating better and making better choices overall! So today is a new day and this is how I will eat!

B yogurt and black tea
S rice cake with PB
L Chili that I made yesterday
S fruit, maybe an apple
D Chicken, with sweet potatoes and a veggie

I am on day 6 of cycle 2...I weigh in on Wed...It will be a good number! (it better)

hey lou you are right we wll aren't perfect we are only human but at least you started right back today.. I'm on day 6 and didn't have time to do my cardo today. tomorrow I'm going swimming and do some cardo in the evening..

let's keep each other motivated and you will have a great number when you weigh in
my weigh in is Wednesday so I'm hoping to see a good number myself or better yet I will see a good number

Tomorrow is my weigh in day also...2 weeks and counting. There has been some slip ups, and a little bit of drinking. But as a lifestyle I am doing good! I went to the dentist today and the whole side of my mouth is numb, so hopefully that will curb my eating for today! So heres the menu so far

B Yogurt and black tea
S brown rice cake with PB
L 1c. sweet potatoes mashed with cinnamon and 3 pc turkey (lunch meat)
S. something soft
D Roasted red pepper soup with tofu

We will stay on track and do fab! We are worth it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BYE

I actually had a little slip up today myself. I didn't get to eat meals 2 and 3 because I ended up working extra hours and then I went to the pool and went swimming and I ate my meal 4 this evening as it was written in the book. But during my break at work I had a small piece of a homemade apple pie but I'm sure I worked that pie off in the pool but I'll see what the scale says tomorrow.. I'm hanging in there and I will get to my goal weight of 125. I think I'm really going to tap dance when I get into the low 150s and 140s and the positive thing is I'm not far

Negrita thats the attitude that u need. we will all join you when we get there(tap dance).. i am so excited to have a forum like this one because it those help to know that u could see how others are doing and motivate one another it helps me a bunch..

Well today I weighed in and...a drumroll..... I lost 5 pounds in cycle 1 of the EFS, so I'm happy about that Today I started cycle 2 and it's all good..

WE'll all get to where we want to be ,let's keep thinking positive and staying committed to our goals.. I'm more focus than ever now...

OK i weighed in...lost 4 lbs in 2 weeks, not exactly the number i hoped for but enough to keep me going!!! I have had a busy week, and cant seem to get in enough exercise. Lets keep this thing going!!

GREAT Lou at least it's a lost and 2 pounds a week is good and just think if you would of put in more exercise. Do you have a video tape? I have an aerobic DVD and it helps me and I like it so much that I do it 2 times a day and its 45 mins. This morning it's morning for me I"m going to do the dvd and then later this afternoon. It's dance aerobics and it does get the heart rate going..
