I have to say, after 3 days on EFS I was never so happy to have a bowl of oatmeal in my life as I was on the morning of day 4!

I think the stuff in the canister is just as easy to make in the microwave as the packet stuff and then you know what's in it in terms of salt and sugar. I just microwave the plain rolled or quick oats in bowl and then add some frozen wild blueberries to it as soon as it's done cooking. They thaw right out and cool the oatmeal down enough to eat it as well as adding some sweetness.

I believe there's a thread from last week that compares the two - check through the thread list for it. I am doing EFS, and don't know exactly what's in the original FS. However, I do know that EFS has a specific meal plan to follow. It's a three week rotation that's for people who need to lose 10-25 pounds. Original FS is for people who need to lose more than that.

Day 5 of FS...

Doign good, well better..

I really think i need to start eating more frequently during the day, with a 7month old at home, i never feel like i can keep up. I am also soo tired by like 8 pm, i never get anything done.

The carbs are killing it for me, i made lentil soup and all i wanted was a bread bowl to eat it with.

I have not weighed myself since weigh in Tuesday, hopefully this is all for something!

Hey everyone...I'm on day 2 of EFS. Day one was hard!! I work night shift and had to work 7p to 7:30 am this morning. That really made it confusing as to when to eat! I ended up having meal 1 and a snack last night and started with meal 2 when I got up today. I like having the meal all laid out but this is a very very different way of eating for me. We're going to puerto vallarta in 3 weeks and I really would love to lose at least 5-10 lbs by then!

hi~! I just bought the book~ This will be my first time following a diet.. as opposed to just doing calorie counting ^-^ Jaime333 I also work nights @-@ it gets so confusing trying to figure out when and what to eat~! Having a plan layed out for me will make it easier for me to manage my eating, since I'm still trying to get accustomed to my new night schedule~

I'm pretty intimidated by the book and diet :x but I'm hoping with some support I'll be able to do this
