Just like you said, pick yourself up and try again. That's not the end of the world. Finish out the day strong, and start again tomorrow. You can do it!

Hi everyone! Yesterday was my first day on Extreme Fat Smash, it was pretty rough. This afternoon is not going so hot either. But I'm not throwing in the towel just yet. Any advice is much appreciated.

Default Extreme FS

I, too, am following EFS. I made it thru the first week with absolutely NO CHEATING However, the second week didn't get off to such a great start so I stuck myself back in Cycle 1 this morning (the beans are on the stove!)

I'm just wondering how you all are cooking your beans or what you're using. I don't have much bean experience. Any other tips on what everyone else is eating would be good too. I'm feeling hungry all the time. Thanks!

Im on regular Fat Smash.. so I am not sure what you guys can and cannot eat... but If you like Mexican food.. I take organic pinto beans, rinse them, put them in a pan with a little (i mean little) bit of evoo so they dont stick, smash them up.. et, voila! Refried beans! Top 'em with whatever your heart desires.

Thanks for the tips on the beans.

I'm hanging in on day 3 so far. It was really hard to workout today though...but I managed to get in close to what was "required."

I tried some oatmeal today (from a packet, I'm not an oatmeal eater) and it was not very good. So if anyone knows of a kind that they think is good, that would be appreciated.

Well today was day one of cycle 1, i only exercised for 30 min i followed everything as far as the food goes but i was extremely hungry so i had 1/4 of some fish and mashed potatoes that were 3 points on the weight watchers plan. i figured that since i had those extras i will go home and finish my workout and add a little extra time what do you all think. Also what do you guys do when you don't feel like you've had enough to eat?

Complain, lol.

Congrats on the first day...it's hard to "break" yourself. At least for me it is. Don't give in though. I'm on Day 3 and still get super hungry feeling in between...hopefully that gets better. Snacking in between on the "Free" snacks can help also. Although I watch out for pickles because of the sodium in them. Good luck!!

I had never had oatmeal until I started EFS, and the first time I had to have it, it was pretty gross! However, I have found that Quaker Maple & Brown Sugar is pretty good, if you add a pinch of cinnamon and sugar to it.
