50 min UB/abs with trainer, was going to do cardio but I have a wicked cold and was so WIPED after the weights that I almost passed out - not good - so I'm making myself some soup and going to bed.

Get better soon, mandalinn!! I'm proud of you for getting your strength training done even though you felt yucky.

I'm so sick that getting up to go to the bathroom seems like a workout. I am definitely taking today off, in hopes that I'll be well enough to get a really good workout (or at least my strength training) in tomorrow or Sunday.
