walked 50 minutes and worked out at the gym for 50 minutes. My heels hurt... :(

50 min UB/abs with trainer, was going to do cardio but I have a wicked cold and was so WIPED after the weights that I almost passed out - not good - so I'm making myself some soup and going to bed.

Get better soon, mandalinn!! I'm proud of you for getting your strength training done even though you felt yucky.

I felt yucky because I was having cramps, but I worked out and I'm glad it's over!

I'm so sick that getting up to go to the bathroom seems like a workout. I am definitely taking today off, in hopes that I'll be well enough to get a really good workout (or at least my strength training) in tomorrow or Sunday.

60 min high intensity cardio
40 min UB/abs
40 min LB/abs

A 2 hour 20 min gym marathon.

60 minutes of fast walking and about 2 hours of housework... like burning calories housework :D
