Exercise Accountability -- November
Where does the time go?!?!? :dizzy: Soon it's gonna be Christmas :fr: ... so let's make those pre-Christmas workouts mean something!!

I started off November with an hour and a half of exercise:
60 min 4-mile walk DVD 30 min strength training |
60 min high intensity on the elliptical.
And I nearly died every time I lifted my arms. |
I did about a 15 min walk on my break at work, then did 20 min of cardio type exercise just now.
Tomorrow I will! Get to the gym! Or maybe friday..... :) |
45 minutes treadmill (hill intervals)
50 minutes weight training (UB) |
I took a 25 minute walk today for my break at work!

Just started
I just started running and I am already up to three miles!!!! I still dread it though, any suggestions? I used to be in the military and I am so down on myself for a.) gainning one hundred and forty pounds during my pregnancy and b.) letting myself get so out of shape. Steady does it though right?

80 mins of walking last Thursday
30 mins yoga last Friday I'm aiming for some walking today, we'll see! |
Saturday - 50 min UB/abs strength.

Saturday: Pilates, toning, legs and arms weight exercises.
Sunday: Cardio, weights for arms. Today: Cardio, pilates, and weights for arms. |
Saturday -- 5k treadmill, back workout
Sunday -- rest Monday -- 30 mins legs, 30 mins treadmill |

30 min stairclimber (without cheating by putting any weight on the handrails - just used the upper ones with loose arms for balance...this was a goal of mine) and 35 min elliptical.
