Signed up for my gym membership today - comes with 2 hours free personal training a month. My first appointment (the dreaded stat taking and body fat analysis) is next Tuesday. |

Good morning ladies!
Sorry but I haven't been doing much walking lately! I had to make up for that though last night and walked 2 miles instead of 1. I don't know if I will be able to do much this next week while on vacation or not but I will try. I am sure I will be very active though being in Cancun............lots to do! Jen |

50 min elliptical, 15 min recumbent bike (if you put it on a high resistance, it gives an amazing amount of work to the quads! Who knew?)
