Cardio 50 minutes, 30 minutes weights and resistance, and pilates.

Thanks Mandalinn for the encouragement! You're right about me trying to get my arms around my w/t, but for some reason lately I've had the mojo. Feeling tighter afterwards helps the attitude.
Got in a 3.25 mile run last night outside in beautiful weather. |
