I just started this group and this workout. I am training for my first marathon though I have never moved farther than 3 miles. Started Sept. 12--30 min walk Sept. 13 walk/run 30 stretch 30 min

I just came back from an hour of swimming laps in a pool. I was going pretty slow but I still feel amazing. |

Weight train routine (full body) Friday, and 3.5 mile run on Saturday. Great week on plan!
