9/9 - 5 hours of High Intensity Cleaning :0), then 50 min high intensity cardio and 20 minutes upper body.

Does 4 hours of heavy duty construction count? We were building a deck...

I CAN feel it, big time, in my arms...and I was essentially doing squats each time I had to screw in a board...I'm totally counting it.

Mandalinn I would say yes to heavy duty contruction counting as exercise. Speaking from experience I know when we worked on our home I burned a lot of calories.


Exercise: pilates, and abs.
