Taking my morning cardio off for a number of reasons (mainly that my houseguests didn't leave until well after they said they would, so I couldn't go before work), but between the 3 mile walk last night and the fact that I'll do both resistance training on my lunch and swimming tonight, I'm OK with it.

100 crunches, stability ball, and to cross-train on my non running day, 45 min of intervals on my rebounder.

25 min combo arm/leg strength training.
It was HARD too - all combo moves with almost no breaks. |

45 min jog/walk, 100 crunches, stability ball.
You know its hot when you get up at 7:00am on a Saturday to beat the heat for your run, and its still 80 degrees outside...ugh. |
