Taking my morning cardio off for a number of reasons (mainly that my houseguests didn't leave until well after they said they would, so I couldn't go before work), but between the 3 mile walk last night and the fact that I'll do both resistance training on my lunch and swimming tonight, I'm OK with it.

Run: 2miles/3.22k

Today I did the shoulder workout in this Oxygen magazine, it was awesome...

100 crunches, stability ball, and to cross-train on my non running day, 45 min of intervals on my rebounder.

It was HARD too - all combo moves with almost no breaks.

You know its hot when you get up at 7:00am on a Saturday to beat the heat for your run, and its still 80 degrees outside...ugh.
