I'm going to do my stability ball/100 crunches. Then I have about 4-5 hours of HEAVY cleaning ahead of me, including steam cleaning my carpets, which will certainly burn some cals even if I don't quite get my heart rate as up as I'd like it.

Saturday - Stability ball, crunches, and a big 6.5 hours of cleaning (heavy cleaning - did the spring cleaning in the middle of July).
Sunday - 20 min. on weird exercise machine at my grandpas cabin, followed by 25 min of walk/jog on trails. Monday - 45 min walk/jog |
Cardio and resistance exercise.
