Yay! I finally have exercise to account for! I did an hour spinning class with the new teacher who's really really tough.

There's Margaret! I was posting yesterday and noticed you were missing. It's good to see you back.

Upped my cardio to 40 minutes today, plus my 40 min. stability ball routine, and 100 crunches.
I am GOING to do my arm workout today - yesterday WAS busy but today I am going to make the time.

I know it sounds kind of stupid, but you have no idea how nice it feels to be told that I was missed by someone.
Just one of those things, I guess.

The posters on 3fc have eagle eyes, Margaret. You can't get away with much
Today I biked (in my new helmet) lifted for legs and then bounced around to keep my heart rate up for 50 minutes altogether. Feels good!

FINALLY got the arms in - despite being insanely busy. Plus I cleaned house for 2.5 hours, which fitday said was some ridiculous amount of calories...but all in all, a good activity day.

This morning - 40 minutes of cardio. I mixed up my intervals on the rebounder - before I was doing 1 min at max speed and 2 min at moderate, switched to 2 min. max speed and 3 moderate - felt like it worked well, so I'm going to stick with it.
Also did my stability ball and 100 crunches.
Hopefully will get in a leg workout on my lunch.

Did my 40 min cardio with the upped intervals, plus the stability ball and crunches.
No legs/arms today - going to go give blood.
