Okay, today it was an hour spinning class (45mins of working songs, 15mins of warm up/cool down) and an hour of bodyPUMP. 4 out of 5 spinning classes for the week down.

So I just did my 41 min pilates video and my 200 jumping jacks. Just enjoying my dinner (a nice salad) and in about an hour - an hour and a half I will do my jogging. I normally do it first but it requires a shower after and I went tanning tonight and didnt want to shower too soon after!

Feeling like every muscle in my body hurts today...still, did my cardio and stability for a total of 75 min. Will do my 100 crunches and 200 jumping jacks later, as soon as the tylenol starts kicking in...

Hi Ilene -

Good for you. I hate being out in the wind - bothers my ears for some reason.

I've been on a roll this week.

Monday: UBWO plus elliptical
Tuesday: Spinning class - OUCH!
Wednesday: Walking outdoors (~3.5 mph) 3.5 miles
Thursday: BodyPump class - OUCH again, my poor legs have just about recovered from Tuesday.

Friday will be the best day - REST!!

My goal is to have bangs as cool as lottie63's! Seriously, they're awesome!

Today was an hour spinning class with Jamie, which means 50 minutes of working songs and 10 mintues of warm up/cool down.

I actually wasn't going to go to the gym. I almost went and took a nap. Then I remembered that I wouldn't be able to post here for my accountability, so up I got and off I went! You guys are the awesomestesses.
