Hi Susan,

I knit. Not as much as I should be judging by my yarn stash. I do know how to crochet, but not very well. I think one of these days I'd like to take a crochet class.

So far today: 35 cardio, 40 resistance/stability, 50 of my 100 crunches and 50 of my 200 jumping jacks...

To follow - 150 more jumping jacks, 50 more crunches, and a 20 min. upper body strength session.

Jumping jacks, crunches, and arm workout are complete.

Might go swimming tonight if I can talk someone into going with me - I'm not a lap swimmer, but you burn a surprising number of calories just splashing around, and its getting to summer-like temps here.

Heart rate over 100 for 27 minutes today. Some on my bike and some with weights and hopping in between to keep it up there.
I'm being a bit Freudian about adding up how many minutes I've done and how many I'm going to have to do. I missed a few days so ... I'll get at it soon. I promise

Well...I didn't get to the gym today because of a scheduling conflict. But I did meet my goal of 5 spinning classes this week, so I guess I didn't do too badly.

After walking to and from the farmer's market this morning, came home and did my 35 min rebounder cardio, 40 minutes of stability/resistance, and 100 crunches.

Still due to complete my 200 jumping jacks (who knew how HARD these would be??)

40 minutes today. It took afew minutes to get my HR up but once it was about 112, I was good to go.
I also got around to the math. I found a tracker for that. It's kinda fun

Did something a little different today - went to a lake, rented a paddleboat, and paddled my butt off for an hour and a half. I am counting this as a cardio and a leg workout, because let me tell you, I was feeling the burn...

Gorgeous, though. Beautiful, sunny day. Glad I remembered the sunscreen!

Done - stability, cardio rebounder, and crunches.

Probably will do an arm workout on my lunch.

Manda -- The pedal boat sounds like fun...

Today I biked around then to the gym, visited my mom too... for a total of 12k...

Tonight I just may go biking again... It's just so gorgeous here...
